Born into a family of brokers and investors,  I recall as a child countless discussions at the dinner table about not only the ups and downs of the real estate market but also the many ways to solve people’s real estate dilemmas. Early on, these talks instilled in me 3 guiding principles below to which I strictly adhere:

Integrity: I pride myself on being a very ethical and honest person. I treat others as I would like to be treated, and that especially applies to my clients. People are relying on me to give them my upfront, sincere and professional advice on what is probably the biggest purchase of their life. Operating under a transparent policy is essential. A sense of trust and open lines of communication are of the utmost importance when dealing with me as your realtor.

Customer Service: With the advent of the Internet, real estate has morphed into a very fast-paced industry. Timing is crucial in this business. I make myself readily available for my clients 24/7. All my phone lines are routed to my cell phone. Whether you call, text, email or fax me, I am here for you. I go the extra mile to not only accommodate but to anticipate my clients’ needs. This “can-do” attitude is what makes clients refer their friends and family to me. The transaction is not about me. It’s about you.

Experience: Overbid vs. underbid, short sales, Buy or Selling: It’s enough to drive anyone crazy! There is no substitute for experience. Whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor, I understand that buying/selling property can still be an overwhelming complex process. I smoothly guide my clients through the real estate maze. I will hold your hand through the very end. Ultimately, there is no greater feeling than when I hand over the keys to another satisfied buyer or when I get top dollar for another seller. References available upon request.
